3M High Flow Filter Cartridge
3M type high flow filter cartridge
High flow filter cartridge adopts imported high performance PP non-woven fabrics to optimize its filtration performance and fluid quality to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. The filter cartridge adopts a horizontal pleats design to make the filter cartridge have a large effective filter area. Meltdown PP microfibers have strictly controlled fiber diameters to ensure their absolute filter rating. Pleating technology ensures the filter material is pleated in a more uniform way. The evenly distributed liquids in the whole filter material make full use of the filter area. In this design, we can ensure the filtration effect in a more compact and smaller space and its large inner diameter allows the flow of a single cartridge up to 1900 liters per minute.

Features:
1. Compared with common filter cartridges, the combination design of surface filtration and depth filtration can greatly reduce the number of filter cartridges and the size of supporting housings.
2. The pleated design offers an enlarged filter area, which makes its pressure drop significantly lower than that of common cartridges;
3. Large diameter design increases its dirt holding capacity, extends its service life, and reduces production costs.
4. Handle design greatly reduces the time for cartridge replacement and makes the cartridge replacement easy and portable.
5. The connection part adopts an object-oriented design to facilitate the installation and removal of filter cartridges.
6. Integrated PP design and thermal bond treatment effectively prevent secondary pollution.
7. A skeleton is provided to enhance the pressure-resistant capacity of filter cartridges during use.
