Replacement FSI X-100 bag filter housing

This is the traditional FSI X-100 bag filter housing.

This is our upgraded new bag filter housing.

Mainly upgraded at 3 points:

1. In comparison, the thickness has increased, so the pressure resistance will also become better, and the service life is subsequently extended.

2. A new handle is added to make it more convenient to open the lid.

3. We use flange interfaces at the joints. Because flanges are the most durable interface.

SJF-5A-50 product features:

●This filter is a bag filter, equipped with a standard 5# filter bag (φ150*510MM). It can also be modified into a 20″*3-core cartridge filter.

●This filter is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and can match the filter bags of internationally renowned brands (such as EATON, FSI, PALL, etc.), as well as domestic standard filter bags.

●The barrel adopts one-piece molding design, with a solid and reliable structure without any welding points, completely solving the problem of liquid leakage.

●Light in weight and made of imported PPH/PVDF raw materials, it has good corrosion resistance to most chemicals. ETFE/PFA material can be customized.

●Contains anti-UV material, making it durable and suitable for use in various climates.

●The design of the screw-on upper cover allows the filter barrel to be opened and closed without any tools, making it easy and quick to replace the filter bag.

●The polished barrel wall design can prevent the liquid medicine from crystallizing on the barrel wall and facilitate manual cleaning.

●The tight fit between the filter bag and the inner wall of the barrel ensures effective sealing between the filter bag ring and the inner wall of the barrel, preventing internal leakage of the filter barrel and achieving true precision filtration requirements.

●Suitable for use within the range of pressure 116psi (8bar) and temperature 176℉ (80℃).

●The water inlet and outlet are flanged, which is sturdy and durable and can be used with standard pipe flanges of various countries.

●Applicable to a wide range of filtration precision from 01 to 800 microns.

●This filter can be widely used in urban sewage treatment, copper powder recovery, gold recovery, the chemical industry, petroleum, bioengineering, pharmaceuticals, electronics, electroplating, industrial wastewater, seawater desalination, printing and dyeing, papermaking, and other industries.
